Twilight Sparkle has discovered her new friend is a pony from another dimension.

She refuses to leave this stone unturned, and will get to the bottom of this through extensive research, whether Sunset Shimmer knows it or not. Midnight Sparkle, of course, has her two scents about this entire nonsense.

Still-- A magical pony from another dimension walks beside her. This requires further study.

The Forgotten Comet...a comet that has threatened the Auroricorns for ages. Forgotten Comet...a book that has left behind the secret to stopping it, a spell that comes with a terrifying price. Comet, having taken up the cause to stop this terrible force of destruction after learning of how it has taken a family member away from him, has no idea of what will happen with his friends that will change everything...

This story takes place after MYM Chapter 6's Secrets of Starlight and ties in with the events of TYT's The Blockywockys. Watching those specials is highly recommended for better understanding this story. The cover art was done by jotacos. A link to his art is below.

A short reimagining for the chaos storm that appears late in A Fateful Flurry. This is a reupload of chapters that were taken out due to not vibing with the overall story.

Set after after chapter 26 of the original "A Fateful Flurry" a non-canon spin off of where the story could've went if dark magic was involved and a mysterious white wyvern.

On this night, Twilight Sparkle's life will change forever. And so will Sunset Shimmer's.

Before that can happen, though, both must grapple with what has already occurred that day. As Sunset wrestles with guilt over driving Twilight away -- and losing a critical chance to get back her friends' magic in the process -- Twilight herself struggles over the harm she knows she's caused, and if she can possibly hope to fix it.

Fortunately for Sunset Shimmer, she has a close friend to help her work through it.

Unfortunately for Twilight Sparkle, she has Principal Cinch.

The consequences of each will reverberate through the entire night -- and once it's over, Sunset and Twilight will be left to figure out what comes next.

The second chapter of this story was written for the 2024 Iron Author contest at Everfree Northwest. It has been edited and slightly expanded to better synchronize with the rest of the story.

The annual Maresquerade Ball is coming up, and Rocky Riff has been invited to be a DJ at the ball once again. As a result, he's been allowed to bring along any one guest of his choosing, and he's settled on his special somepony: Jazz Hooves.

In fact, Rocky believes that the upcoming ball will be the perfect opportunity to do what he's been wanting to do for a long time: Propose to Jazz. He's just unsure if he can muster up the courage necessary to do so in such a public setting.

Hoping to calm his nerves, Rocky decides to talk to Pipp while in the midst of preparations for the ball. He hopes that the popstar princess can give him some some advice and support, especially since Pipp knows Jazz almost as well as he does.
