For that reason, I just published a new contest entry:
I actually read a Chuck Tingle book, today. When I say that he is the best self-published mainstream erotic writer I have ever encountered, you will understand that I am drawing from a rather shallow pool. Nonetheless -- his stories are actually really funny, and, well... hotter than you'd expect a story about sucking a GBP's cock to be. More importantly -- they are unique. Nobody talks about "Dominated by the Were-Stallion" or whatever. But they talk about these books.
I can be really bad about announcing things and then maybe not exactly actually making them happen. (Anybody who's been following me for long enough may feel a sense of The Dash Who Cried Wolf when I talk about a fic I'm working on, and rightly so.) I very much didn't want to do that with Ponyfeather Publishing, so I didn't tell you about it until it was actually ready to go! Ha ha!
I spent last night unpacking 15 boxes of books I received ahead of the con. (This is in addition to the inventory that's already been sent on ahead of me -- a big, big thank-you to Aquaman* and Singularity Dream for helping me make sure PFP stock will be at the con at opening, not whenever I show up -- and the inventory I already had in hand. Oh, and Bad Horse is handling

Hey, all. I needed to extend to release date on Talons and Fangs by a month. Pro tip here, but if you write a real book, don't wait on getting the cover art. By the time I realized I needed it now, I could only give the artist a month to work on the cover art. Close as it was, the artist I picked was awesome enough to finish with some fantastic art just about in time, but there was also no time to correct a few... important things that needed correcting. Okay, I know most of you might be tired of my talking of how i'm going to get the rewrites to HLW done and publish it, so I'll just have Sweetie Belle tell you.

Soooo. I was a bit late this weekend for my weekly blog post, but I have a good excuse! My mom is in the hospital unfortunately, and I have been spending all day every day at the hospital. Honestly, I was going to hold off on a second post this week until Thursday (I’m blitzing through edits on Jungle right now) but this post had already been on my mind, and then a discussion yesterday online regarding MacMillan’s continued crusade against libraries basically poured gasoline over the spark and, well … Here we are.
I added more to my story. Instead of making an entire chapter and then publishing it, I dicided I would write a few paragraphs and publish that, adding more every time I got on. It fits me, but I have a feeling people would rather wait a long time then to slowly read a story over a long period of time. I want to just unpublish the story and publish it when it's done. Been almost a week now. Kinda surprised how fast and slow the days are going. I'm... well, I'm not dying from grief. I'm not recovered completely, and I think I need to make some changes at home before that recovery really happens, but I'm not drowning myself in alcohol or anything like that, so I guess I'm kinda middling on how I'm doing

We’re finally getting things moving again with the physical version of The Enchanted Library, a.k.a. RariTwi Ghostbusters, and I can actually provide more information this time!
Namely that there’s not only going to be one version of TEL, but potentially TWO different editions—roughly, a standard edition and a limited deluxe version.
...Which is why I’m re-doing the poll to gather more specific data and figure out how many of y’all are still interested!
So, folks, there's gonna be three last blogs on the book, I think... This one, one on release day, and one for when I get paperbacks, hardcovers, and the audiobook in order and out. As it turns out, the magic of digital printing means I can publish physical copies no sweat. I just need to look a bit more into them first.

Just wanted to say I'll be attending Everfree Northwest! I've always wanted to go to EFNW because they seem to really respect and care about the fanfic side of the community, and it's looking like this year's the year. Plane and hotel booked, badge acquired. Hoping I get to meet some new faces and see some old friends again.
