Long day no time for pastel ponies, try again tomorrow, sorry
Long day no time for pastel ponies, try again tomorrow, sorry
Story idea that could just as easily be pony as it could be sci-fi, and I'm sure it's been done before: someone (probably twilight in an experiment gone wrong ) is transported tens of thousands of years into the past into a world before written word or history or pain medication or much of anything. They have an existential crisis and eventually start building some sort of large scale art installation that future generations will hopefully find and make sense of, while coming to terms with the
I made a mistake today. It was a tiny mistake, but it feels like a humongous one.
Learning to put mistakes in perspective is something I'm still learning how to do, since finishing my course of electroconvulsive therapy.
This silly pony helps me in so many ways.
Did anyone else know that? Color me surprised.
And now for something completely different
Some time ago, I came across a picture that really stuck with me; a picture that speaks to all people broken, hurt, depressed, and at the end of their strength. I'd tell you about it, but it's better to let it speak for itself.
I am still sick. I have discovered I have broken ribs, which is why I was in unbearable pain for three weeks in November/December. I feel that my care has perhaps been substandard, and I think I know why.
TJ Pones, you are the wind beneath my wings—or maybe this is Jargon Scott who knows
Let's talk about this.
This is from the EG CYOE episode Accountibilibuddies and seeing this makes me flinch in horror. I can't even imagine the excruciating pain Applejack felt after Bulk Biceps stepped on her foot by accident. No doubt that it's more painful than spraining an ankle.
Nulical is a natural supplement for granuloma annulare. It's available in tablet form, and contains herbs that are known to be effective in treating granuloma annulare.
First and foremost, An Intricate Disguise is in need of help. I can sympathize with having horrendous tooth pain, plus living in a country where (from what I understand) it's very challenging to get pain medicine is probably not much fun. Dealing with financial stress on top of that can be overwhelming, so every little bit helps.
I have not forgotten about “The Love Postulate” and I’ve wanted to write more of it so bad but I have not had any spare time at all. Luckily thanksgiving break is here and I’ve got fuck all to do over it so I’d definitely have the second chapter out by then. Anyway, thank you everyone who’s given a shit about my story so far, I appreciate it.
Dear Loyal Watchers, Interested Visitors, and Confused Passersby,
I've had a bad bit of luck as of late.
Because let's face it, even the hollies and jollies of holidays can still be a major pain in the flank.
I had to pull out of the Sparity contest, sadly. Lots of info follows.
I'm not losing my mind at all!
First, our largest party of the year is January 12th. Here's a link to details.
As for me?
So, Permutator made a blog post explaining he's giving up a chance to post something on 2/29 because he gets more hits if he posts at 0800PST. And so I decided to spin up a theory on why that might be instead of sleeping.
And now I'm immortalizing my rambling here for future reference.

0800PST? Now why would that be?
That's 1100 EST ... hmmm. Lunch. Its gotta be lunch.
So, as it turns out, my hotfix I mentioned in the last blog wasn't so hot, and ⌘+i still turbofucks my entire writing flow, not only on Safari, but on Chrome, too. I have a better idea of what's causing it, and hopefully I'll have a solution before the night is out.
Hopefully.
Maybe.
Possibly.
I'm sort of working through it tonight. Thank you, the Power of Clop, to motivate me with a complex string of mildly negative emotions into writing horse words! This is literally the most words in one sitting I've managed in 2+ weeks.
Stay frustrated.

There haven't been any updates because I am going crazy with my scalp post-surgery.
I wanted to show Rarity whining, but this was too adorbs.
