A snippit into the world of Spike's past that I have been working on. I have a few tidbits like this. Not all of them are exactly canon to the story - moreso ideas I had to write down before I lost them. This bit will most likely make it into the full story, perhaps not written exactly like this, but its important.
While I am working on actually processing whatever Renegade is gonna be, all animated in my head, of course, I do however have the act's name and general focus. So, to just build on that anticipation, here's a little something I put together as a 'sneak peek', enjoy (Implying this doesn't corrupt itself like last time...).

Okay. Still working my way through Season 1. Thanks to work I can only watch on the weekends, but I'm slowly increasing the amount of episodes I watch by the day. Just finished Episode 16 tonight.
I just finished semi-finalizing this bit... and it's not the whole story, or even part of it... but I just loved this interaction, so I thought I'd share far ahead of the story being released.

She would say Lee Roy looked a little overwhelmed, if he didn’t look so stoic all the time. He peers around listening closely as the spa sisters give him a small tour around the spa.

Hey everyone, Kablam here to give you an update on the next chapter. As the title implies, I'm making slow progress on writing the next chapter. I've had a lot of stress these past few days (maybe weeks) with trying to stay on top of home work, dealing with friends, trying to stay/get back into shape, and trying to set up an internship with an auto shop back home for my automotive degree program. So, I've been busy.

I'm pleased to report that as of last night, the bonus chapter for In Search of Knowledge has been sent to the trained editor monkeys quick for editing. We're not going to put it out for a little bit, though, I want the next chapter to ISoK after literal years to be well worth the wait. We'll keep poking at it, the plan is to put it out sometime in the next week or two.
