Well, like Rainbow Dash, I get to be geeky about something. Just saw Rarity Investigates and my head nearly exploded. Sometimes I am complete flabbergasted. When I was growing up, children's cartoon never had this quality nor attention to detail.

Well, I got another story onto the site. It's been what, a year since I posted a one-shot? Anyway, that's one story I've gotten off my chest. I ended up writing Return to Sender for a writeoff about Best Laid Plans. My entry? Nonsense about Discord and his cousin screwing up each others' plans. Anyway, time to go write some other stuff from my backlog. There's a lot of griffons in it. Oh, and Senior Huevos. Take one guess where he fits in.

So, how was everybody's weekend? I just came back from Bronycon and I learned so much from the writing panels. I would have to say that the most useful thing I've learned are about two different approaches to the craft; the gardening approach, where you start with an idea and let it grow from there, and the structural style, where you plot out everything in advance.
