Stories in this folder treat the issue of rape seriously, regardless of the gender, status, etc. of the characters. There are no double standards on the part of the author. Issues can range from how it impacts the characters, their romantic relationships, how they tell somepony, and how they recover. As long as the theme is here, the story should be too.

NOTE: This general folder is for the issue in regards to ADULT characters. The subfolders are for the rape of the underage (pedophilia) and familial rape (incest).
