Sunset and Twilight had been friends for months and even visited Equestria together earlier in the year. They just hadn’t gone on an official date as just them. Which is understandable, given the whole acclimation phase and the fact that it’s jusr so much fun hanging out with their friends.

But with the Fall Formal coming up, Sunset figures it’ll be the perfect chance.

Sunset's off on a world tour, she's made it big. She's at the top of her game with several charting albums and rising higher by the day. But she never forgets the one who kept supporting her at her lowest moments. But a lonely motel room does not pleasure make.

Twilight's... well, Twilight. She prefers armchair adventures and romance novels -even if she has a stunningly great girlfriend- and things like that. Qualified introvert. Still, that doesn't stop her from getting lonely on those long nights, and an empty bed and a girlfriend on live TV... well, yeah.

Thankfully Facetime exists, eh?

Twilight Sparkle has always been a worrier. Be it about the realms of magic, to the elements of friendship, to even just talking to someone new... She's always been a one who tries to find the right time before jumping into anything. Sometimes, though... that's not how it always goes.

After a long day at work, Sunset Shimmer can't wait to come home to her beautiful fiance Twilight. Specifically, for a movie and some cuddle time.

However, when she gets home she finds the house pitch black. She goes inside to not only find the noise and the bright glow of the TV, but Twilight on the couch crying!

What's Twilight so upset about? Can Sunset calm her down?

Aria Blaze is a former siren with a love of violence and anger issues. Wallflower Blush is a quiet and easily forgotten girl that gets embarrassed easily. The two have been dating for a while. So the two of them decide to spend the day at the beach together. While there, Wallflower thinks about their relationship, and how the two of them are affecting each other.

Wallflower just wanted to be forgotten. It was best for everyone if she was just left alone for good. That's why she hates Sunset, for never just giving her what she wanted.

That's why she loves her too.

Twilight was abandoned by her friends and even her teacher in favour of a pony they had just met; Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. After it was all over, they apologized, and Twilight said it was alright, but was it really? Could she really just forgive them so easily for flat out abandoning her and not even trying to find her when she went missing? Dash doesn't think so, and she's going to get the real story if it's the last thing she does, even if it means her own secret coming out.

Look, I'm gonna be honest; you know those really dumb, melodramatic soap operas? This is basically that. Call it a guilty pleasure of mine, but sometimes I like to indulge myself.
