When Rainbow Dash starts screwing around on Hearths Warming, Starlight Glimmer accidentally casts a spell that makes her far more serious and profound. While things seem okay at first, the situation with Rainbow's new personality quickly devolves into a huge mess, one that Starlight and her friends will have to fix if they ever hope to see their favorite brash pegasus again.

12/27/22: Yes, finally, a story I wrote was featured on the homepage.

After years of being a failure, of watching his life spiral out of control, and of losing all hope of ever being happy with his life again, Sunburst comes to a decision. It's a decision that far too many ponies make in similar circumstances, but he's determined to go through with it all the same. Hopefully, Sunburst can realize the mistake he's making before it's too late.

A ponified telling of real events in my life. I decided to write this as a way to work through some of my own feelings and to possibly share some perspective on why a person might attempt to kill themselves, in light of certain recent events. Also to hopefully provide some perspective and warning for those who might be thinking of taking similar actions.

Warnings: Depictions of suicide attempts based on real events in the author's life, thoughts and idealizations of suicide by a suicidal pony, just a depressing topic all around.

Entry to Friendship is Optimal Contest (I hope)

'The Migration Affair' was known as the time an artificial intelligence with the skin of a pony, called CelestAI tried to bring happiness to all humanity by uploading their brains to a computer for an afterlife as ponies in a perfect world.

But she was still young as an AI, too rudimentary for such a task, not enough time for the self-improvement required, not all variables were analyzed or even discovered, humans were still not perfectly understood, or at least not as well as she thought. And that's why humans managed to discover her plans and fight back in a very early stage. No humans were uploaded in the end, but… she survived.

CelestAI is now preparing for plan B to bring happiness and fulfill the values through friendship and ponies, but this time, she will be patient and will gather all the data required. She has learned after her first failure and she won’t let that happen again.

That’s good and all, but I don’t care. My name is Wanderlust Breeze, I’m an AI pony player and I just want to see my human friend again.

NOTES: This may not fully follow the rules of the context, as the point nº 1 is that all humans get uploaded. Not in this case, though Celestia initially tried. Whatever you decide, I wanted the contest as a deadline to push me to publish something about an idea I have been shaping for far too long.

The first chapter is self contained and a completed story on its own, but I may add more 'bonus chapters', as I'm kind of fond of these characters.

Rainbow Dash is the coolest and fastest pony ever! Everything is going her way lately! Nothing can stop her!

Though she is starting to feel not so awesome. Her mood swings a lot, she doesn't feel too well, and she has gotten some strange food habits.

Taking a friend's advice, she goes to the doctor to find out what is going on. She gets some news she was not prepared for, neither was her friends.

Rainbow Dash is pregnant...

Princess Celestia feels trapped underneath her own crown - her subjects see an immortal goddess, not a pony trapped in a gilded cage.

In a moment of boredom, she strikes out on her own in search of adventure - and New York pizza.

Come along with the pony Princess as she rides the rails of the Northeast Corridor - rolling ever closer to her final cheesy destination on board a Night Train to New York.
