Comet is a pegasus. Angel is a bat pony.

Together, this unlikely duo goes through life as Royal Guards from basic training to fully fledged guardsponies. Who knows? Maybe they'll even start to get along.

The speed of life is an unchanging one. We all feel it differently, whether we're slow and humble or speedy and adventurous. Sometimes it takes a lot to change this, and sometimes it takes very little to slow down.

This is a story about two very opposite ponies, and how they changed each others lives.

Big Macintosh doesn't know what to do when given some time off from work at Sweet Apple Acres. He goes into Ponyville for what seems like the first time in forever, and he ends up running into the mane six, who he hasn't seen in a while. He still remembers what they did for his sister last Applebuck season, and he intends to be the gentlecolt he always is, and thank them each. However, simple greetings and thanks can always blossom into something more.

It started off as enjoying a night at a classical concert, then one trip to the bar and a few drinks later, and one pony finds himself sharing the bed of one musically talented mare. What begins as an awkward meeting turns into a sharing of music and finding of each other.

Let's just say your luck with the mares isn't all that great, two months in Ponyville and you've had your heart stomped on more times than you can count. That coupled with the fact you've lost your job, your house, and have barely enough bits to feed yourself means your life isn't exactly going so great. And after another botched attempt at a relationship you're ready to swear off of the whole dating game for good.
But after a night of drunken debauchery you awaken to find yourself in the service of Ponyville's premiere fashionista, you're willing to forget your previous pledge to the single life after she proves herself to be the kindest and most generous pony you've ever met, but only time will tell if she'll be your future lover or the next in line of a long list of mare's who you'd rather forget.

This is my first romance fiction, made with Spitfire because there isn't ever enough Spitfire. It's mostly a project I threw together in my spare time, but I will try to work on continuing it when I get the chance. I do have to admit that I kind of suck at creating romantic tension.

When they are rescued by the registered adventuring party, the Elements of Harmony, a grand quest across the D&D world of Mystara begins. Together they face culture shock, international politics, romance, dungeons, and a dragon with a grudge as Marcus learns how to trust his new friends and make up for his past mistakes while the Elements of Harmony try to save Equestria from a threat which proves more... complicated... than they originally thought. Big Macintosh's life has taken a surprising turn in the form of a pink pony with a penchant for partying. But even amongst all the gossip and the dozens of parties appearing on his calendar, he still manages to live the same life he’s always lived (to a certain degree). However, sometimes it’s not the great big changes that are the most affecting.

Caramel can't seem to do anything right. When he finds he has a crush on a certain purple unicorn, this proves doubly true.
