Ember and Thorax forcesconvinces Garble, a hotheaded dragon of the dragon lands, and Pharynx, the tough big brother of the Changelings, to be the plus ones.

How will either of them handle a social gathering as big as this one?

Diamond Tiara has been given a school assignment, a simple one at that. She has to pick one pony to do a paper on, detailing what it is about that pony that inspires her.

However, the filly has done so many papers and assignments on her father already, and asking her mother is out of the question. So on a whim, she decides to ask her favorite butler, Randolph (to whom she has grown most attached).

Randolph obviously wasn't always a butler, but just what did he do before he ended up in the employment of the Riches? Tiara is about to find out a not so deep secret about the old stallion, one that will change the way she thinks of him. And it all has to do with a detail she wrote off so long ago.

This is a short piece that fills in a few gaps, exploring and expanding upon what might have happened between some of the scenes in "Wonderbolt Academy." Specifically, it looks into events after the tornado incident, and Rainbow Dash quitting the academy. It is just a "what if?" Your interpretation may vary.

There's something dark lurking in the corner of Diamond Tiara's bedroom, inside the closet where she keeps her dresses. It watches her every night, and she knows that if she looks away it will take the chance to creep closer. Maybe that's why she's afraid to fall asleep.

Set after the events of Cart Before The Ponies, what would happen if Spoiled Rich had been watching the derby, and was less than thrilled at Diamond Tiara's performance? If you read it, you're about to find out.

Oh, and Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are there too. Just so you know.

Every 500 years, the dragons pick one of their own to take a journey to the First Flame, the origin of the dragon's fire breathing ability, and rekindle the sacred fires. When the time comes again, Dragon Lord Ember has decided that, for political reasons, Smolder should be the one to go. And in order to help her, she's allowed to pick one companion to go with her. So, she decides to pick the absolute best professor to go with her, one that has taken on several large creatures and escaped without a scratch.

Professor Fluttershy.

Garble has won the Gauntlet of Fire and taken the Bloodstone Scepter. Upon hearing of this, Celestia, determined to stop the bloodthirsty Dragon Lord in his tracks, challenges him to a one-on-one duel for the fate of Equestria and the Dragonlands. An immortal alicorn capable of moving the sun with millennia of experience under her belt versus a teenaged dragon with no experience at all.

Garble accepts.
