Ditzy Doo is having financial difficulties and so takes on a second job on the weather patrol. The last thing she is looking for is friendship, let alone romance, but life has other plans for her. Can she find the treasure at the end of the rainbow?

Note: Events in the story are a continuation of Chapter 4 of my other story I AM DEATH. It is not required reading but would be good to read for further insights into the story. Also current cover is just placeholder until I finish proper one.

She was just laying there, helpless. Her beaten physical state could be compared only to her ravaged mind and soul. A slow awakening and an equally paced investigation of her surroundings hold no consolation. She is trapped in an unfamiliar location, with no guarantee of ever getting out.

Their arrival throws Equestria into turmoil as an ancient cult plots its return. On top of that, a disillusioned officer in the Equestria military plays her hand.

A young Equestrian Guard recruit is ordered to attend - of all things - the retirement party of a complete stranger.

However, things at the party turn out to be not quite what he expected. As the night progresses, he learns some valuable lessons about himself and just what the duties of being a Guardspony in Her Eternal Princesses' Royal Guards entails.

This is a short story about Gilda. On a trip to Ponyville, seeking redemption, she becomes injured. Finally reaching Rainbow Dash, things do not go as well as she'd hoped.

He is a college drop-out part-time worker. He is a dentistry student. Together, they are two total twats with no ambitions to go further then the next game, comic book or puff.

And now, they are ponies. Under the names of Lucky Chance and Midnight Watch they must find a way back to the human world using their extensive knowledge of the television show, the Laws of Narrative and sarcasm.
Will they be able to rise above themselves and face the many challenges that await them? Will they be able to figure out the true meaning of Friendship? Will they be able to not murder each other or themselves while doing so? Do they even want to go back?
