The Cutie Mark Crusaders ask Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy about what happened just after the events of the Cutie Mark Chronicles; specifically, what happened to Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash immediately after the race. Reluctantly, Dash and Fluttershy delve into a tale. A tale of a young Fluttershy's amazement at the world she had landed upon, and a filly Dash's desperate quest to save her from that most evil of places: THE GROUND.

But before they turn their skills on just anypony they decide to test their plan out on Big Macintosh first. (Just a note, this was started before the plot of Hearts and Hooves was even released. >_< )

With the entire palace staff now conspiring against her, the sun goddess must not only contend mountains of paper work, dancing celery sticks, and steroid pumped stallions, but a sister who will take this chance to torture Celestia any way she can as payback for her banishment. When a freak reading accident causes Twilight to be admitted to the Ponyville hospital, Rainbow Dash is right by her side. Compelled by a sense of duty and repayment, she takes it upon herself to cheer up her friend.

Applebloom follows Big Macintosh into the orchards in the evening to find out what he does when he is alone.

It's sunset, and Applejack is enjoying the evening air at Sweet Apple Acres. Then, she spots a bay colt sneaking suspiciously around her trees, and investigates - and is plunged head first into the dangerous world of the Doctor.

Everyone knows Pinkie Pie throws the best parties. The volume goes up, the drinks go down, and everypony enjoys themselves as they let the fun take over. Even Rarity let's her grace and etiquette slide for a time to party with her friends! But after a few too many the night before, she awakes to find a suitor shares her bed. This guest, however, is far more important than even she had expected.

Another short fic. This was more of a crack pairing at the time of writing! A bit saucy, so read with caution!

By the way, the date this was written was before Season 2 had even truly started. You may have to revert to get into that pre-canon-Luna mindset. XD
