Sunset Shimmer had just finished her classes for the week, and was going to hang out with her Canterlot High friends for the weekend, including the new transfer student; Twilight Sparkle of Crystal Prep...

Family emergencies pull the six girls to head home for the weekend, leaving Sunset alone for the weekend, feeling somewhat disappointed that she'll be all alone...

Feeling the need, she went out for a stroll in an unusually strong storm that appeared out of nowhere, thinking it might help wash away the feeling of being alone.
She wasn't exactly expecting to shelter a poor, homeless man from the storm's vicious rain and winds. The moment she made contact, Sunset noticed something unusual about the presence of the man, something obviously not human from the vibe she's getting, but something not of Equestrian origin as well...

She couldn't describe in detail the aura the poor man was giving off, but if the feeling had to be described...

Pokémon Dimension; In the Hoenn Region, a veteran teenage Pokémon Trainer named Sean and his three friends, Rosa, Brendan, and May, prepare themselves to participate in the biggest event in their world, the Pokémon International Championships…

However…

When an inter dimensional rift caused by a clash between an unseen foe and the Legendary Pokémon of Time and Space (Dialga and Palkia) appears, they, along with several other trainers and Pokémon, appear in Equestria, connecting the two worlds together for an unknown amount of time. This seemingly permanent connection brings forth powerful legends and unparalleled disasters into the peaceful country.

What adventures will be born from this adventure, and who or what is this invisible force of evil? Only Sean, Twilight, and their friends and allies can solve this mystery and end this period of unrest…

I came up with the story after playing Omega Ruby... Plus, I have an idea for the story that you readers can be a part of...

Just to let you know that on Equestria's side, it takes place during season 4 in an alternate timeline that grows further away from the show's canon the further the story progresses. On the Pokemon's side, takes place strictly in my imagining of the game's universe, only a minor, repeat, MINOR, inclusion of the anime's universe.

Equestria, a magical land ruled and controlled by ponies, has been at peace since Tirek has been defeated by Princess Twilight and her friends. She is now the newly titled Princess of Friendship, and with her friends; Applejack, Rarity, Pinky Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy, usher in a newfound era of goodwill to all pony-kind…

However…

In the distant past, in another dimension, lies an ancient Earth. Upon this planet lives the mightiest and most successful race of creatures ever known to the human race; the Dinosaurs. Unlike Equestria, Earth was, and still is, a violent and chaotic place where only nature has absolute authority of it's varied lifeforms. Fate was cruel when a extra-terrestrial event saw the end of the mighty dinosaurs…

But the cosmos had other plans…

In a freak of nature, five different species of dinosaurs called the Dromeosaurids, or Raptors, wake up in unfamiliar territory, a whole new world for them to thrive on…

And that world is Equestria!!!

My Little Pony - The Age of Dinosaurs!!!

This is a remake of Dihinner's 'Raptor' story. More Mesozoic animals, more wonder, more fear, than anything before, or possibly after. I eagerly await reviews and comments, and am also waiting for suggestions from you brilliant writers...

And yes, I made that picture, background found on Google, Fluttershy by someone on DeviantArt, and the dinosaur, an Allosaurus, I made from scratch. I hope to replace it with a better, more fitting one in the future...
