Story Title: Game of Pone: Friendship is Manipulation
Author: Quilltip Inkwell Trotter

With a title such as Game of Pone—Friendship is Manipulation, a nod of recognition to the popular fantasy series Game of Thrones is expected, and can be found in the separate storylines taking place in this story. Quilltip Inkwell Trotter’s story juggles several subplots that, at the time of this review, would seem to intersect in future chapters. The formula of the story utilizes basic fantasy themes, such as a powerful mastermind villain working in the shadows, a crisis that threatens the world, and the journey of a hero who must step up to the challenge of saving what she loves. Unfortunately, the formula in this story is undeveloped and unfocused.
