Little did anyone know a human, under order of Princess Celestia, sent to Ponyville, his hometown where his bullying and teasing commenced, but also where his childhood crush on a orange mare. Was carrying robes with some metallic weapons in them.

Good thing you used the alternate universe tag, because most of the characters act OoC. I mean AJ, Rarity and Pinkie bullying someone for years is outright ridiculous; especially if there is humans in this world for undreds of years ...
But all in all this story sucks so far, the capitalization is terrible, the grammar is average and the plot is non-existent. The main character is obviously a future Mary Sue self-insert ( common, he's an assassin loaded with weapons, and obviously he's one of the best >_> )

And I know there is proof-readers groups here, to help people with grammar and the like.
