The Wonderbolts are called up to defend a critical rescue operation from griffon attacks. Instantly overwhelmed, they hold open tryouts. However, Rainbow Dash seems reluctant to seize this perfect opportunity.
What is it that is holding her back? Only Fluttershy knows why her former classmate cannot seem to step up to her dreams.
Without Rainbow Dash, it seems as if all of Equestria will be lost.

Only real objection I had was that you didn't have her being the stead-fast Element of Loyalty.
Fear doesn't mean abandoning your responsibilities, it CAN mean fighting ineffectively... then again she DID have a valid place to run to... there COULD have been one more gryphon about the ambush the Cart.
Runway on the carrier was... well pegasi are VTOL.
My fanon is that Cloudsdale IS a super-carrier of sorts. Mobile, etc.
