Rarity's a moron for not noticing what a catch Spike is. If this doesn't ultimately lead to Sparity, Spike had better end up with somepony besides. I'd prefer Twilight, Applejack, or Fluttershy.

2152820 I think it may have something to do with the pairing itself, as generally, there are much more fans of Fluttermac and Sparity than there are Rarimac. And I think people prefer Big Macintosh with Fluttershy, but I'm not for certain that's the case. Maybe they just don't like my writing style. *shrugs* Oh well, can't please everyone I suppose. Even so, Fluttermac and Sparity are both wonderful ships in my opinion, I'm definitely not one to hate on ships, I just felt inspired to write about these two is all. I'm gonna keep going with it regardless. Thanks for checking it out.

---> I think the pacing so far is good; you needed a reason for Rarity and Mac to meet, so you made one. Though, I'm not so sure Mac would be as talkative as you've made him so far, but that's just my opinion. Apparently you've already written this, so I guess you can't do anything about that.
