And I'm sorry, but Soarin/Braeburn isn't a pairing I'm willing to do ever. SoarinBurn is to m/m what TwiDash is to f/f. Come on, we're in the fetish corner of the internet, some originality is expected.

For the SoarinxBraeburn one, this is its plot, short and simple as I make it:
The Wonderbolts decided to do an airshow in an smaller town, Appleloosa.
Soarin, the overweight Wonderbolt stallion, decide to tryout the apple varieties of pastries(mostly pies) of the earth pony settlement before running into a certain Apple family member, who gave him quick tour of his small town.
Braeburn, being hospitable to the fat pale blue pegasi and attracted to him as well, invited him to his home to bake all apple goods(Something most of the Apple family can do) to feed him and since having an endless supply of apples and Soarin's gluttony, all I see is an immobile blobby Soarin in the future.
Or something like that.
I'll post the other two plot ideas of SoarinxMac and SoarinxDonutJoe in next comment.

My idea for the SoarinxBigMac request you can use and modify:
Soarin was given a break for a month to loose all the flab.
Soarin decides to go to Ponyville to try out Sweet Apple Acres' apple pies and famous cider.
Soarin arrives to the small town with great difficulty.
Pinkie Pie throws party for him, which he goes on gluttonous eating spree on the sweets and cake.
He unaware catches the attention of a certain large red stallion. Somewhere near the end of the party, Big Mac introduces himself to Soarin and offer him a place of residence on his farm free of charge, while offering the fat pale blue pegasi his secret stash of hard cider and maybe his family's famous apple pie. Soarin accepts.
I can leave the rest to your imagination.

The SoarinxDonutJoe one? Alrighty.
Having weekly break from his career as a Wonderbolt, the fatso Soarin decide to travel Canterlot which became the place for fatty goods in all types, going to the one place that help the blob trend grow, Donut Joe's (I forgot the name of his shop.
Silly me.) to feed his large growing hunger.
So hungry, in fact, he ordered everything Donut Joe has. At near the end of Soarin's gluttonous feast of pastries, Donut Joe ask if he has enough bits to pay for it all.
Turns out, Soarin only has enough to pay for most of it. Joe had an idea of how Soarin can pay for the rest of his eating spree. Things get a bit... intimate if you wish.

I'm not sure if I can do "obscure". There's at least semi-canon with Twist and the boy she gave her card to.
Wait, that could be something- remember the other girl who wanted to give him a card? Tootsie Flute? She was crushed when Twist was faster. It would make sense for her to look for somepony else, right? And if she likes 'em plus-sized, she might very well decide to fill him up to her liking. How about Featherweight? He's a stick. I bet he'd bloat up nicely!
Though, the other kid who'd make a good
victimstar would be Snips, I think. He's already kind of rotund, you just need somepony else who wants to see him get bigger! Maybe one of the snobs, like Silver Spoon or Diamond Tiara. I wouldn't be surprised if they believe having a bloat beau is extremely fashionable now. The great Rarity has her blimply prince now, after all.Obscure, obscure... how about- Trixie returning to the rock farm to get revenge on Pinkie's dad? Or somepony getting nabbed by Diamond Dogs, who decide they need to make sure their prisoner doesn't run away rather than have them dig. They can always use them for... amusement.
Or Zecora might run into Queen Chrysalis, who's looking for a new source of love. She brews her a love poison, gets her hooked up with some lonely pony, and suddenly, she's got more love than she'd ever need. More than she can just digest and burn off, at least, since besides staring into each other's eyes, they won't be doing much!

Subject that is to be fattened up: Big Macintosh
Plot you could use and modify: Due to the ‘Immense New Style’ that is sweeping across Equestria and perhaps beyond, ponies of immense wealth and great standing in the business world started to exploit this new occurrence, ponies such as Fancy Pants or better yet Filthy Rich.
For Filthy Rich, he use a bit of his resources to create products tied to the ‘Immense New Style’ or least help promote it more, but he needs somepony to test them and sent an ad through Ponyville for such ponies to hire.
Meanwhile, winter season has befallen upon Ponyville, and a certain hardworking crimson stallion was looking for a job to do since all the farm work is done for this season and came across a certain ad that will pay for plenty of bits.
Uh, that is all I have. Do you think you can work with this?
