Since we're allowing games to be prevented from happening, I'm amused by the idea that the Mega Man universe will be her third. Just casually obliterating a robot a full century ahead of anything else in that world with almost disappointing ease. Maybe even let him cut her in half like all enemies and bosses have sprites for in games where he's playable, just to drive home how he never stood a chance.

Super Smash Bros doesn't draw from the part of the timeline where he becomes a hero. Sweetie Void is going to show up during the "classic" part of the timeline, with the Robot Destroy Program not yet passed on to Sigma.
I repeat, Zero was canonically built by Doctor Wily specifically to defeat Mega Man. This clash shows up in a lot of fanfic and fangames, and it's usually a Hopeless Boss Fight in the latter.

Word of God is that he wasn't, for the exact reason that it could only go one way and that it's not a way that Inafune wanted the series to go.
In the Battle Network timeline, both Albert Wily and Tadashi Hikari (literally "Right Light"
) are explicitly old enough to be grandfathers while looking more or less like upscaled models of their main series counterparts. The only thing he'll be doing "much later" in the timeline is decomposing. (We can ignore dialogue from or involving X2's Serges and/or X6's Isoc; the fandom wiki's source says that Zero's body was indeed completed during his organic lifetime, but like with Light and X he ran out of time to ensure a mind that wouldn't decide to kill everything in sight).

This got me thinking a bit more on a possible interaction with my version(s) of the CMC. Despite what i said on the blog post about this fic about just thinking outloud, i did try to write something on that. Of course, as my attempts at writing usually go, i just wrote a few hundred words in one sitting and didn't go back to it later because i wasn't happy with what i wrote. So far it seems you are making Sweetie Void visit other worlds, which makes sense, not many worlds has capability of interdimentional travel. For what i tried to write, i was thinking of my Sweetie Belle creating a new portal to the Dream World, deciding to bring her world's Celestia who has been back from her banishment only half a year ago, because rest of the CMC were busy their work. They would end up meeting Void and Kirby talk about both worlds a bit, and message Sweetie Void to meet them later on. Both sides would go to each others' worlds to check them out and stuff and later meet rest of the CMC (which my set includes Babs and Gabby too, two characters that we are yet to see in your fics iirc). But any proper attempt at this would require me to fill a lot of still existing gaps in my timeline, like how exactly Apple Bloom became the Alicorn of Industry or the methods of Babs' immortality which i'm still not sure about.
I also have another CMC related timeline, where there exist a secret organisation called Crusaders Underground that more or less worship the CMC (3 of them this time) despite the current set being normal ponies without any powers whatsoever. It is not hard to imagine how it would go if they ever met your trio. Tho, i think they would just mistake them for The Old Ones, the CMC set that founded the organisation long time ago at the time of Grogar, then disappeared some time after.

The human counterparts literally just showed up in the parent story, Canon Sweetie really has no business being surprised.
That, on the other hand, is completely fair. Your alternate counterpart showing up is one thing. Revealing they've ascended to godhood is quite another.

It's hard to say how we would react if we saw an alternate us without preparation. Even Twilight was shocked upon seeing hers, and she was already used to see the counterparts of her friends. Knowing that counterparts of yourself exist is one thing, but seeing one is another.
Either for all her powers that Sweetie still can't help a pony restore their broken horn, Celestia's horn was restored off camera or Sweetie decided to keep Celestia's horn broken as punishment.

I've never read TCB myself. Not a big fan of the setting, i prefer seeing ponies and humans working together. Tyrantlestia got what she deserved.
Despite that i had tried something similar in one of my Crusaders Underground timelines (i had tried to insert that setting in several different fics) where in one Equestria attacked humans for a similar reason. Didn't write anything on that but i'm still proud of the name Aaron Edward Mouse for the human diplomat in the scenario. I should use that name somewhere else.
