This story is a sequel to A Sweetie Dream Land
Several months passed since Sweetie Belle fought Kirby and became the Alicorn of the Void. The filly is thirsty for new adventures, discovering new universes, making new friends, fighting new bad guys. At the start of one such new adventure, Sweetie Belle encounters Rota Bage, a Saiyan. Together, they will go through many things to save the Omniverse from Light and Darkness.
This is a retelling of the original story of the same name by Lucar, done with permission, adding in my own Dragon Ball OC's.

Let's just say that this Pokémon universe's Hoenn has more than just teams Magma and Aqua.
Much earlier appearance of Team Rainbow Rocket, which means that the heroes will be better prepared to fight them. Hopefully, things won't go as bad as they went in my story.

If only someone had published a book in the pokemon universe that details the nuances of pokemon including abilities, types, a type chart, natures, maybe EV and IV, Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamax and Terastallization...maybe throw in a section about TMs. Things like strategy and tactics can still be left to the trainer but the book would still help the trainer to see the many avenues they could take to improve their pokemon's potential.
I have seen videos of the YouTube user, temp6t, tear into legendary teams using more common pokemon because he used abilities and tactics to their fullest.

Was it the fact I used a Physical Electric Type TM (Supercell Slam) to attack with a Pokémon with a higher Physical Attack stat than Special Attack (Rhydon)?

Run of the mill trainers just seem to brute force their way through battles since it gets them pretty far until they start running into those who actually give thought into a pokemon's moveset and what areas they wish to improve, such as bringing out Rhydon's full potential in physical attack as well as improving his defensive stats. While it seems Rhydon could counter water types with his electric moves, if he had Heat Crash he would also catch grass and steel types off guard.
Even more interesting would be if Blue had a pokemon who had moves to boost their own stats and tough enough to endure the enemy assault long enough to be extra boosted before using Baton Pass to Rhydon.

If you are thinking that there was a book I was talking about an in-universe booklet that I think all pokemon trainers should have to help improve the quality of trainers in the pokemon universe while helping new trainers avoid the same pitfalls that their predecessors fell into.

As in, I literally made him while writing the first scene his name gets mentioned.
His role won't be much any larger than any other character's at the moment.

EDIT: Just to note this now, the Team Sky from the universe Sweetie Belle visited is friendly. Kind of hard to stay evil when you've nearly been killed by someone willing to do so. The May/Sapphire from that same universe joined AFTER they became good.
Team NightSky, like the other teams in Rainbow Rocket, are from a timeline where their leader went crazy and wanted to darken the skies, and the May/Sapphire of that universe.... may or may not have had a hand in the death of that universes Brendan/Ruby.

Even as powerful as Rota and Marko are, they aren't powerful enough to warrant that level of overkill.
So I take it that SSJ4 is the limit of Rota's transformations at this point in the story? Makes sense if she doesn't have a bunch of Saiyan friends since you need a few to access some of the transformations from DBS. I am wondering if the three of them may end up learning UI at some point in the story. Although I doubt that the three of them have the mindset to learn UE but I could be wrong.

Rota, the primary OC that will share the spotlight with Sweetie Belle once the main three UME and the OC family is assembled, is a woman, there are still at least three other OC's to be introduced, and female Pokémon characters will appear when relevant.
