Not bad, I'm interested. But question, how does a 12 year old saiyan have a power level of 2500? Seems awfully high when most saiyans his age have a power level around 120-150 or so.

Its basically so that I can still have a sense of reasonable power scale, without de-powering most characters like Princess Celestia or Nightmare Moon. For canon purposes however he's an early bloomer. Besides, Prince Vegeta was born with a higher than average power level based on his blood line, and I took some creative liberty so that he doesn't get creamed by Celestia later on.

I did take a bit of inspiration from The Lion Sin. However I'm going to give Luna the same treatment. Stronger at night than during the day.

Now, that was an extremely rare situation, being as he was considered the saiyan of legend. I wouldn't compare Bage and Broly in that regard. Broly is in a whole other league compared to Bage and his measly 2500. I'd put Bages' birth power level at about 250.

Not bad, I like the dynamic between Sunset and Bage, and that Celestia gains power with the sun, good times.
Glad to see also that there's no romance tags, keep it clean.

Also, typo:

Lord Frieza stared out at the void that had previously been occupied by Planet Vegeta
Lord Frieza stared out at the void that had previously been occupied by Planet Vegeta.

Now this is gonna be interesting. Sunset being trained to use Ki, and long before EqG happens, this is gonna be a fun story, I can tell.

I'm just saying that the power levels are random which decides their placement in life.

Are all of the Dragon Ball OCs in this story going to be male?

master rochi could blow up the moon with a power level of 180, sunset has about 5ish give or take, so assuming the mass of equestria moon is about the same as earth, once sunset can fully use ki she would be able to blow up 0.1% of the volume of earth
whcih would kill every living being on the planet, yay!

dont ask why i just felt myself in a math mood, btw nice chap

I haven't decided yet. I might bring in Bages' sister Shiso, but that's not set in stone.

11727427
About 1 and a half Raditz, technically. 1 Raditz and 1 Raditz hair.

Holy crap those chapter titles. Long winded much? Gonna give this a shot regardless.

11729691
Sorry, I was trying to capture the style of the old DBZ episode titles.

11729755
Ah, fair enough. Haven't watched them in over a decade, but now that you say it, it does seem like something DBZ would do lol

11729760
Same, but I did some research. Hope you enjoy the story though.

Alright, this just got more interesting. Sunset learning ki control is awesome!

11727422
Roshi powered up to a lot more than 180 when he blew up the moon.

Both Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis are in thin ice by this point. I hope both of them will regret messing with a Saiyan and get their asses kicked to near death.

BTW, I hope Bage gets his tail back. So he can get his Great Ape From, or find a way to use it with Wrathful, or even get SSJ4 in the far future.

11730496
I have plans for both, and to be honest I wasn't planning on giving Bage his tail back. Wrathful seems to be intended only for Broly to use, and SSJ4 isn't canon in my eyes. It's a good form, but still.

So, If I were to do a small time skip, say about three years, would anyone feel that would ruin the progression? It would only be to skip pass the monotony of training, in order to get into the Invasion Arc, where Chrysalis stages an attack on Equestria.

I wonder if there is a set of dragon balls on this planet. They could be purple star balls and have a kirin summoned instead of a dragon.

11730530
There are no Dragon Balls on Equis, those are purely Namekian in nature, so it wouldn't make sense. I can take creative liberty, but that would just be put in a plot device for the sake of plot.

11730517
This is just my own opinion, but I say, don't do the timeskip, not unless it's crucial, important, or a necessity to the story.

11730568
Hardly. I just don't plan to include wrathful or SSJ4. His power is just going to go a different direction.

11730573
Well, unless you want another four chapters slogging through friendship lessons, ki training, and Bage doing nothing at all otherwise. If I include too much filler, it'll bog down the story and make it a pain to read, and write in my case. It won't be too big of a time skip, just enough to get Bage and Sunset to a level where they can train properly, and help move the plot along at the same time. You didn’t see what happened in the 7 year time skip to the Buu Arc, cause it wasn't important too the plot. Same deal here.

11730537
honestly i always compared the elements to the dragonballs, my main example is how twilight became a princess. it's shockingly similar to the super saiyan god ritual to me. five ponies pour power into another? almost identical to the SSJG ritual.

11730754
True, the only caveat being they don't grant wishes. If they did the whole show would be kind of pointless.

I'm really enjoying the dynamic between Bage and Sunset, and her training in ki is a blast to read, great work!

11730615
Ahh, you make a valid and fair point. Okay, I change my mind, go for the timeskip,
