After the defeat of Kid Buu, the world can be at peace, but a certain Half-Saiyan starts to feel rather inadequate as he thinks of everything his idols have achieved. As a result, Goten starts to think he isn't living up to his potential.
Then, a long gone Saiyan suddenly appears offering him the chance to be a hero in Equestria. What does Goten do? naturally, he runs into the portal where the Saiyan stands. Now, he must come to understand what it means to be a true hero, or he will fail everyone.
(Note: Unless I state otherwise, all episodes that are not written into chapters happened with minimal or no interference from Goten. He's still there just in a minor role that would make writing out the chapter a useless endeavor.
Episodes which serve a purpose to the plot, Goten's development, and/or help him bond with other characters will be the chapters I write. This is all in an effort to ensure this story comes to an end some day.)

I like him to catch up to his Father, Brother, and others. And Trunks also deserves to get the Mastered Version of SSJ 1, SSJ2, and MAYBE SSJ3 as well. But, the last one is hard, due to the Stamina Draining Problem.

This is true. super Saiyan 3 seems to be the most stamina draining form; however, it's not something out of the realm of possibility. I know Dragon Blall Heroes can get rather crazy at times, but super saiyan 3 , from what I've seen, is still a usable form. Not to mention at least making it usable, not mastered, could be a huge help to other forms, Take Perfect Super Saiyan Blue from the managa. It is a form accomplished by mastering the stamina drain of Super Saiyan Blue.
As for Trunk, it's not out of the realm of possibility. One of the big reasons I didn't have him come along was duel to the fact that Future Trunks is a thing. I know they aren't the same person, but technically Trunks has done more if we take into account his future counterpart. Still, I'm not done with the dragon world. It just may take awhile for Goten to get back.

Goten could probably reach Super Saiyan 3, but I don't think at any point during his time in Equestria will he be able to master it, Dragonball GT, whatever its status in continuity these days thanks to Super, had Goku mention how Super Saiyan 3 was harder because his older body was "more developed" so apparently Super Saiyan 3 is "easier" on an adult body as opposed to a child's body. While Goten could probably master Super Saiyans 1 and 2 and reach 3, he'd probably only be able to use it for a brief period of time before he had less energy than a sloth under anesthesia...
Of course again GT could allow Goten a route to bypass 3 and go straight to four, since Super Saiyan 4 requires two things, sufficient blutz waves (which going by the dragonball wiki are created by sunlight reflected off another celestial surface, primarily the moon but Goku using the Earth for his, and Vegeta getting the artificial blutz waves)., and a tail. Given that Equestria has Princess Luna the princess of the moon you could argue that she would be able to provide the sufficient dosing of blutz waves to pull it off, leaving only the need to get Goten his tail. For that well Equestria is a world of magic so while it would probably require experimentation, you could theoretically have the tail restored if desired. That's the thing with Equestria's magic system though, what little we know of it could permit you to do anything.
Honestly the only transformation Goten would be barred from would be the divine transformations of Super simply because there's not enough Saiyans in Equestria for him to get to the first stage of it all.
This good poor goten is left out alto so this good for him i really to see him get that rage boost that future Trunks got in super.

The GT and Super one was well crafted and technically had it's end thanks to GT's end. Honestly, his what if's remind me heavily of Masako X's early days. Few parts that get the information across and explore all the possibilities.

In the end, I'm not sure which path I'm going to have Goten follow. I'm leaning more towards Super Saiyan 4, so that all of the Son men have a different path to power. Goku with God forms, Gohan with Mystic, and Goten could be 4, but I think I would call it Primal as people like Salad Saiyan and Masako have used it. I honestly think it's a fitting name. Now, I'm uncertain, but I could take it one step further into AF's Super Saiyan 5. I'm probably call that Primal Perfected or something. Some reviewers tend to call that Gou's path to god hood in the GT era, so it could fit, but there's sitll time for me to flush out where I wish to go with this story.

And I hope you could help him turn into a Super Saiyan God or can we call it Super Saiyan Red but either way i know he would need the character growth to do that but it would be cool if he reached his goal to be a hero the world needs.

No Offense! But it wouldn't make sense if ANY MLP Characters be that strong against a DBZ Character, especially Goten.
Not only is Goten a Half Saiyan/Human with the same potential like his Big Brother. He still has the First Super Saiyan Form that can KICK 100%/Full Power Frieza's Butt with Goku's.
Plus, IF a Fusion of him and Trunks ( Gotenks) is strong enough to go SSJ 3, and kick Super Buu's Butt. Both Goten and Trunks Power Levels alone should have be very good/decent for a Fusion of them to be that strong! If they weren't Cocky, or a little childish. They could have Won!!!
The only MLP Characters that MIGHT take on his SSJ 1 Form is someone with Hack Powers like Discord, or Very Strong with Magic Absorbing Powers like Lord Tirek in Full Power!!
Other Villains like Nightmare Moon/Day Breaker, Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, Starlight Glimmer, Sunset Shimmer, The Dazzlings, Shadow Pony, Storm King, and ESPECIALLY Cozy Glow are more Ants to even Goten's Full Power SSJ 1. 😂

One thing you could do is give a heads-up in the story description that, unless you state otherwise in the story, all MLP:FIM episodes that were skippped in this story still happened and went largely the same, even if Goten was there. I would personally only write a chapter for an episode if it has a purpose for the story's plot (even if it's only foreshadowing) and/or Goten's development.
Chapters for episodes that would particularly help Goten bond with the other characters would be good choices to write, if plot-related chapters would be too few in number.

Oh, he will meet the CMC, but I'm thinking it'll be more after they form... Hm, I suppose I could have them meet when the group is forming. Goten's schooling obviously isn't normal, but I think he prefers just having Twilight as his teacher. That said, perhaps he could be like a special guest at the school during the episode where the group forms.

You've seen season 7 right? I did say that unlike Goten, Bardock's guide wasn't Shallot like it should have been. I think you can connect the dots there.

Will Goten teach the CMC at some point? If so then it may little difficult to work around AB and SB's schedules, since one lives with her parents most of the time and the other has a lot of chores on the farm to do.
Scootaloo, at least for the most of the series, doesn't seem to have any thing like that. Now I know you're probably going to point out that later in the show she is shown to have family such as her parents and aunts. But I still Iike to see what fanfiction writers can come up with. Maybe something like Towa and Mira messed with the timeline bit and now Scoots parents and aunts are gone or maybe even dead if you want to go the dark route.
As for Scootaloo herself, I feel like learning ki control will help her reach the goal she has always wanted, possibly even more than she wants a Cutie Mark, and fly despite her disability.
Well I've been going far longer than I meant to, so I'm going to give my thoughts on the last few chapters I just got caught up with. I liked them. I don't really have much more to say than that.
The stuff with Zecora was cool, even if the ending did seem a little to close the show canon. I thought since Goten, Gilda, and AB had told them about the Poison Joke, Twilight would eventually read the superstitions book and figure out what cure was from that. But then they wouldn't have needed to seek Zecora out, so it's fine.
Goten's finally meet the full roster of the CMC and was even made an honorary member. I like the way Goten handled DT and SP. It didn't feel forced but really natural. Over all this chapter was cute.
And finally the last chapter to come out as of right now. At first I bit worried what this would for Luna's story arc going forward. Seeing as you put tis before even Luna Eclipsed or the CMC Dream Trilogy. But I was quite pleased with what you were able to come up with. When Celestia was talking to Luna about see a therapist, I thought for moment you bring Dr. Wolf into your story. (Incase you didn't already know he's one MLP reviewers on YouTube.) But seeing what you did with "Bright Follow", it was quite the pleasing surprise.

As for the CMC, I'm not sure if they will be trained to be honest. I can promise I'll think on it. As for Scootaloo, she seems like the easiest to train all things considered. For one, her parents are out there who knows where, and her aunts, while great guardians, do tend to leave Scootaloo to her own devices based on that episode from season 9.
That's not arguably a bad thing. They just seem to trust her alone with the occasional check in from others. In the end, we'll see what happens when it comes to training. As for my thought process with Zecora, even though they learned not to judge books by their covers, I still think Twilight would be stubborn on the whole Supernatural thing.
I likened it more to her behavior concerning the Pinkie Sense as Twilight was extremely stubborn in that it had to have an explanation. It had to make sense in a world full of magic. Honestly, a simple explanation is that all ponies have a form a magic to them. I mean Unicorns can learn a lot of different magic, so whose to saw the other two races couldn't have more than their base traits?
Glad you liked that what Goten did with DT and SP. As for putting the whole Tantabus thing here, I'm glad you liked it. While I did enjoy the canon episode, I thought it could be so much better. Honestly, from what we saw, Nightmare Moon didn't get to cause all that much destruction or havoc if you go by canon.
According the Season 4 opener, it seemed as though Celestia confronted her before Luna could really do more. So, I decided to turn the story from others to those Nightmare Moon seriously hurt in one way or another. Celestia and Goten. Celestia for the reason above as that seemed to be the only pony she hurt prior to banishment.
Goten because he was the one technically targeted by Nightmare Moon. She wanted to kill him and tried. Thus we have those who Luna would feel truly guilty about. I could have brought in Dr. Wolf, but I don't feel comfortable using anyone's OC's without them offering or if I asks them. Again, it would have complicated the story I wished to tell within the chapter.
