Well WildWPony, it seems that the way you've written Spitfire, it looks like she might be in falling in love with Emmit. The reason (s) I say that is because for 1, he helped Rainbow help Spitfire get back after the whole scandal thing with the former Wonderbolt thing, and 2 is that she is one of the very very few Wonderbolt mares to experience Emmit's massages. It might be a good idea to have Spitfire possibly join the herd. I know you are slowly but surely working Novo into it, but Rainbow Dash would absolutely love it if Spits joined. Something to think about, yeah? Okay, those are my thoughts so far on this behind the scenes sort of thing here.

Well, this is a interesting chapter to say the least. It's really detailed about what a mayor might have fears about and it's nice to see Emmit taking care of his subjects.
