This is a really fun story! Your characterization and humor are on-point. You also have a great sense of "flow" - I always felt like I was experiencing the moment alongside Anon, which kept the fic entertaining even though it was on the longer side. And it built up to a great punchline with that cupcake. I can imagine a series of sequel stories in which Pinkie plots increasingly silly and convoluted schemes to share Anon's cream with his crush.
Honestly, the only real complaint I have is the first sentence. It was kinda weirdly-phrased - "Verbing, you verb, verbing" - which might be one of the reasons you haven't attracted more readers... that and the less-than-compelling cover image.

You know...fair point. Perhaps I'll give that a bit of a tweak here.
Fair point again, though I will say this aspect stems from a personal preference to avoid using images I don't explicitly have permissions for. (Creative Commons ftw.)

I have a hard time believing Twilight is this clueless or Pinkie is that devious. Makes me wonder if Twilight and Pinkie get up to anything when Anon is not there, and Anon is the one really being played in this story.

BTW: normally i hate 2nd person stories because i'm constantly shouting "i would never do that" but you've managed now with two of'm to pull me into your tale such that that does not happen. (OTOH, i do spend much of the time covering my face with my hooves and just peeping out to read what's on the screen.)
