well whatever the scenario they both conclude with forgiveness or at least I see it that way
by the good ending it's about forgiveness and leaving that behind.
Although the bad ending was not seen like that, it is only analyzing that Dorian will be in that city for a while, which means that he would meet Fluttershy on more than one occasion and she will surely still try to redeem herself also taking into account that some friends of the two can continue living by there they could help in that.
