Well, this is interesting, though not detailed enough in the right areas for my taste
I must say though, I am a big fan of the "Human turned to animal and gets overwhelmed with lust/gets rutted into surrendering to their instincts" sort of works, and to see it on here is very nice
I also liked that it changed Spike as well, very interesting way to get around him being too small, and something that is rather believable t o happen anyway. Hmmm...it almost makes me wonder about doing something like this myself...

Overall, you don't put anywhere near enough build-up in the story for...well, anything, just jumping into it basically with very little bolstering detail. The part more specifically is the sex at the ending, it just lasts for a short description of what is basically happening, then the end.
If there isn't any time taken with the development of what happens in a story, then that simply leaves it without any substance for me, and thus no real source of enjoyment
The mental struggle itself is a good example, as you pretty much just state that it is happening, give only a couple points of it progressing, and then that's it, and Twilight and Spike appear to just snap. All in all, the story is too short and doesn't have enough layout of what occurs to believably depict what it says is happening to me...

My apologies for being blunt, but I have seen much worse examples. I understand though, you get in a hurry and it drains a lot of potential from what you can make, pressure is frustrating after all...

I also hope there is a sequel as well. I'd love to see a feral and pregnant husky Twilight and a feral protective wolf Spike as they live their new life as a start of a pack while everyone else try to find them. Then because of the gas, husky Twilight and Wolf Spike have an infective bite so anyone female bitten by them become new wolves for their pack. Then have the remaining human 7 race against the clock to try and find a way to reverse Twi and Spikes transformations. Then add stakes like not only do they have limited time to save the 2 ferals but also one or several of the remaining human 7 are bitten and are also changing. Then have 3 different endings: One where they save their transformed friends, one where they save the ones who got infected but couldn't save Twi or Spike, and one where they fail and the rest of the human 7 end up getting changed and impregnated by wolf Spike and become part of Spike and Twi's pack of wolves.
