I agree that would be an ironic consequence that Rainbow would have to face. While we're at it maybe we can add insult to injury by learning that all 3 collars are linked so even though Rainbow removed hers, the collar's magic didn't leave her body. So because she got them both pregnant and cursed them to remain dogs that throughout the sequel Rainbow is slowly transforming back to the male dog she was when she impregnated Rarity and A.J. Only this time without the ability to retain her consciousness and becomes feral like they did and the last conscious thought she has is "Damn, I screwed up" or something along those lines
