I'm very lucky it's not the type of depression that forces despair and emotional torment on you, I have the type of depression which sucks just about every ounce of motivation I have. Like sometimes I can't even work up the motivation to play the video games I love and that is something that requires so little effort it's ridiculous! Forget doing chores, writing or working, I can't even work up the energy to mash some buttons some days. Smh. Curse you depression!
