Yeah, I've been wondering about that myself for a while now. The plan was to feature more adult material a bit later down the road, but this long-form tale was never meant to be overly sexual or obscene, in keeping somewhat with the tone of the show and the context of blossoming romance. I'm thinking I might just alter the adult scenes to be more teen friendly and change the rating, but I haven't decided yet.

For me, I enjoy how you told the story from where the feelings of friendship are just beginning to change and they have yet to put a name to it. You get the feelings and thoughts of everyone in a way that is unique to their character, even the antagonist (trying to avoid spoilers). You write really well, and I am able to feel what the characters are feeling. Awesome job!

Two of my primary goals with any story is to make sure that the characters are accurately portrayed, and that the emotions and sentiments therein can be shared by the audience. It's good to know that I appear to be achieving those goals.

I won't lie—I despise this chapter for how much time it took (tons of rewrites, mental blocks, and just not getting things to sound or flow correctly). But while I hate not being able to consistently churn out content, it makes it all worthwhile to know that there are people who still enjoy this story.

Sadly, between the daily grinds of reality and not finding the proper wording for even days on end, I'm just not able to reach the same level of output that I'd like to anymore. I certainly don't blame anyone for jumping ship after this long, but know that I truly do appreciate sticking around to see where this goes.
The conclusion to Chapter 16 is almost ready, and we're roughly at the halfway point of this story. Hopefully, it all turns out okay, but thanks again to everyone for the patience and continued feedback, regardless!

I went absolutely insane over this chapter… and I’ve gotta admit: I do try to avoid reading stories that are incomplete and haven’t been updated for a couple of years… but this fic is just too good, and I stayed up till 6am reading it!
Your characterisations of everyone are spot on: and I love how there’s actual plot, and that the girls are still here (some do neglect them: but you’ve done it perfectly).
But ugh! Rarijack my beloved… they’re so cute, and I can’t wait for Rarity to realise her feelings… wonder if she’ll tell any of the girls (since AJ got to vent her feelings a little to Sunset)…. I also wonder if Rarity’s gonna flirt up a storm, whereas AJ will be thinking “she means this as a friend right”? xD
