A bisexual (male or female) can be a womanizer. I'm not sure if there's any term for male/male, however. You'll have to read the story yourself to find out if he's actually a womanizer or not.

I admit that I wasn't sure what to call him since like you said he's bisexual and I'm still not even sure if a guy who likes sleeping around and has a hard time choosing a 'permanent' lover even counts as a 'womanizer' but it was the best I could think of
