There's one problem.. If he is half saiyan, then wouldn't it cause issues in his saiyan forms? Like Gohan, he was only shown to be able to go ssj2. Pan is less saiyan and was never shown to go super saiyan

And strictly, he's half-Gallifreyan. Time Lord in an honorific title, not a species name.
You need to learn spelling, don't just go with phonetics. No one I know of would want to pursue the hot mess of your vocabulary. As a writer, it is your responsibility to regulate your words.
That said, you have and interesting concept but the premise is unusual. Maybe the Anthro would ease the transition, but I am confounded and hesitant at this juncture.

It's not that a half saiyan can't go beyond, it's just there hasn't been one who has done it yet. The forms which go into SSJ God require divine ki which only Goku and Vegeta have acquired. If Gohan were to also pursue training like that of those two, I have faith he too would acquire a God form. Combined with his Mystic power, I believe he would be able to stand up alongside his father in terms of power. He just needs to train for a year or so to bring his skills and mindset back to peak. Think this way, by the age of 11 Gohan achieved strength and ability far beyond that of anyone who has spent their whoke lives in training. Flash forward to 7 years of a sedentary lifestyle, and after about 2 or 3 days he again achieved such a top level he exceeded the strength of both his father and Vegeta.
Gohan is a saiyan Frieza, a bit of training and his strength grows exponentially. You can't tell me he can't achieve divine ki after training with Wis the way Vegeta did.

So by that logic, if the author desires it, his character can't be as op and thus must train to make up for lack of forms past ssj2, although Ultra Instinct and SSJ God is a possibility
I like the concept. While certain things definitely need improvement, I hope the amount of dislikes doesn't disencourage. I would like to see where this goes.

A human cannot be a world destroyer, even with saiyan DNA. Saiyan DNA isn't some cure all to get rid of a weakness of being human. If we went by that logic, then a human with 1% Saiyan DNA would able to become op.

This story is petty good and show's great promise.
You could explain more on how are protagonist's race mixture is the way it is, also how does him being human work?as well as him knowing about saiyan biology.
(My only problem so far is the time lord race name mixup during the story)
I love dbz and doctor who can't wait to see how this turn's out.

On the short description I was thinking about making a mix between the three but then I thought that I would just do the saiyan and Gallifreyan . And I forgot to fix that It should be fixed now.

sorry for the inconvenience but I was thinking about putting this on hiatus and redeuing the first chapter and maybe get a couple done then maybe I could have the story planed out better I hope I can fix my mess of a story for you readers

i was still in school wile i started righting this and i wanted this to be a fun power fanticy but how can i take my own story seriously when i used the phrase not just a ordinary hybrid and having the gravity 100 times lighter then earth's like seriously what the hell was i thinking
