First of all, I've maybe implied this before, but in this alternate universe, Equestria exists, and on Earth, the show MLP FIM exists as well. Throughout the course of this story, I've tried to maintain a delicate balance of oblivious, and outright admittance of the show, or, in layman's terms, the crew knows about MLP FIM, but the Ponies don't. They don't want to sound crazy, or appear to be stalkers, so while in Equestria, those who were fans of the show hid their MLP merch. Leopard forgot about his Rainbow Dash poster. Dash already liked him, and knew that her liked her back, so she really didn't care.

And Chapter 7 fully explains this. Yes, it's the trauma and PTSD. Chapter 7 explains this in its entirety, so for the full, and much better explanation, just go read Chapter 7.

And yeah, that was an interesting tidbit to write. As I mentioned before in the story, MLP FIM was a real thing on Earth. The Ponies have no idea that we have MLP merch, as we've kept it hidden, so as not to appear creepy, or stalkers! I forgot about that poster, although from Dash's reaction, she didn't mind too much either!

And yes, I know that this chapter may be struggling a bit. HOWEVER, this was the very first sort of "clop" chapter that I'd ever written, so I did the best that I could. I get better with these down the line, don't worry, barring of course the one between Leopard and Sombra later on in this story, but let's not talk about that right now!

And they’re part wolf for several reasons. My characters are Human-other creature hybrids so as to set them apart from other characters. However, the main reason is explained later on in the series. The short answer is that they were given “upgrades” thanks to medical experiments, in order to make them better soldiers. The more complete answer comes in a sequel story.
