Not a bad concept to the story. My guess on the plot is that the guy found her near something traumatizing, perchance a train wreck?
But I do think I should point a few things out. How does Vinyl know about humans immediately, albeit having none in Equestria? How does she know that she is on Earth? That kinda popped into my head as I was reading. I'm gonna fav this story, and see where it ends up, and hey, I'll give to some criticism if you'd like.
