Thanks. I'm not sure it's worth doing, but I did have more to the idea than this fragment. By one interpretation, the Infernals are people who made a devil's bargain because they failed horribly at something (like catching someone who's falling...) and listened to a whispering voice offering them a second chance, at a price. So apparently the Exalted universe somehow crossed dimensions or something. But other than the characterization of these two, it's not even really a pony story, is it? Even "Fallout: Equestria" was directly tied to the canon cast and setting. If I'm writing about people stuck in the wrong world, why do it as this bizarre crossover fanfiction format?
4453780 Hell, why write fan fiction at all? I don't know anything about Exalted (is that a game or something?). To me this story looked like an exploration into the underlying relationships between the characters through the lens of an inherently adversarial setting: what is it about the main six that attracted each to the other and would that bond still have value under different circumstances. Either way, based on the first chapter it would've been epic.
