The repeated references to the broken wing didn't contribute to the story. Without Rainbow Dash caring you can't really expect the reader to care. Building from that, I'd suggest giving a little more focus on how your character feels in stories like this. Reading this felt like I was mostly just reading mechanics, not learning about her mental/emotional state as she progresses through her situation.

Man, as someone who's into the inflation side of "cum inflation", this story was pretty frustrating. You say a few times that she's swollen, but don't give enough description so I can build a mental image of it. Sigh.

(Not downvoting, though. The story is well-written and otherwise pretty hot.)
