Well, it was alright, but I think you slanted it too far towards realism to be enjoyable. Scoots getting swallowed was good, as was Applebloom, but Sweetie Belle is kind of... Eh.... There's a reason you don't see much realistic cock vore. Even with her going to his bladder instead, that only raises more questions, like how does he he get her out? I understand that you were going for all three ingestion fetishes, but this didn't really do it for me, sorry man.
The best advice I can give ya is don't be too fussed about realism. These're ponies, and they're in a fetish story. Maybe they just fit inside, and maybe they just get digested in there. That would've made the story much hotter alone.
