I loved this it was a intresting read as it was also a calm minded insight into AJ's mind.
Well paced, well written and of course your own style shines brightly in this fic.
It is an open ending that can be taken in various ways.
AJ talking herself up to welcome change in her life.
AJ taking that first drink wishing for change but might end up using that Drink more and more as a crutch of what could have been.
AJ noticing that her life might end up in a sad routine unless she can break the cycle, the drink foreshadowing eithier the will to change or the prospect of dragging her down into the darkness, with only thoughts about yesterday keeping her company.
Again it can be taken in more then a few ways., the reader can fill in their own ending.
Uplifting/Depressing indeed.
Great Fic I enjoyed it and will Fav right away.

Wow, now this is sad. Left behind by her friends, you would think family would fill the gap a bit but it seems for poor Applejack it doesn't. I bet for some of her friends they might be missing each other as well.
