FoE? Really?!?! Can you possibly avoid heavy spoilers if you use part of it's plot since I'm still reading it? Still..... intriguing concept you have going here. Keep it up.
First of all, is this a crossover with Destiny?
I like the concept, but I spotted a few mistakes in regards to FOE canon (specifically, in regards to how the mega-spell crisis came to be). This is mostly well written, but I did saw a few mistakes here and there. You should also remember that a new speaker means a new paragraph.

Once again, mostly okay, but with a few mistakes here and there, nothing big but you should take a look. I'm afraid to say that this chapter was a little bit rushed, instead of jumping one week ahead, you could use that time to better introduce the Equestrian characters.
I understand that this is but the very beginning of the story, so you might want to write these things later, but I ask you, don't be afraid to take things slowly. Readers often need some quiet events focused on character development in order to create a bond with said characters.

5089404 Ok I'll do that in the next chapter detailing the expedition to the ruins of Canterlot. Most of the main characters will be introduced in the two chapters after the next. These characters will be only important for the foundation of the plot.
