Fret, unlike many heroes, isn't alone in his crusade. With the back up of his bandmates as his technical and strategic support Fret rocks out until the sun goes down and he dawns the mask once more
And yet as every famous superhero does, Nightfury has a troubled past that has led to his dawning of the costume...but what could possibly cause a famous Rock Star that was on top of the world to lead a double life as a masked vigilante? Well read on and find out the story of the Nightfury!
Little update! for those poking around from the Deadpool fic, or you just stumbled across this fic, or the fat chance that you are a long time fan, I've decided to put this on hiatus until I get to a stopping point in DPEQGA. I will not be abandoning this fic, as it is my baby that I put way too many hours into to toss out and forget.
If anybrony ever actually makes "Rainboom of the Heart" a thing and quotes this fic I will walk across the globe to their house and give them the biggest brohoof
Your capitalization is erratic: you capitalize things that don't need to be, and don't capitalize things that do need it. You also need a lot of work on your punctuation skills. And identifying a song with both italics and underlining is overkill; the standard is to just use quotation marks. (An album would be identified with italics, though.)
4858191 How were you hospitalized with autism? Isn't that kind of like being hospitalized for OCD? I know it happens, but it sounds pretty unlikely the way you say it. Especially since I would think you would have a lot of trouble writing and posting.
Everyone, before you reply: I'd like to point out that I have Aspergers myself, but I am by no means an expert. I am merely skeptical because hey, it's the internet.
4891253 I was hospitalized for a week in order to diagnose my autism along with Insomnia, Bipolar and ADHD that the doctors diagnosed me with. I ended up getting switched to a Private school for special needs kids right after second grade (my reaction to finding this out:
) and this caused me to miss all of middle school since the private school was one of those schools that taught preschool through high school and you could graduate out of it by basicly proving that you could function in a public school setting I eventually transferred back to public school my freshman year of high school so yeah I missed all of middle school
You sure 'bout that mate? They hospitalized you just so they could diagnose you? Unless the autism is severe (which if it is then I think it would be pretty obvious and thus not need an official diagnosis) I cant see that happening. I have aspergers and/or ADHD but it was my father who told me this. I was in third grade and was sitting home one day when my parents sat down and kinda just told me. It wasnt even very dramatic they just told me and I said "Well alright then."
If this did happen to you then I feel for you but I cant see that happening. You seem to read and write alright for someone hospitalized for multiple mental conditions of various sorts. Just sayin'.

5420576 I dont know, maybe its cause we live in different countries or maybe the problems you have are just more severe
. Also about your writing, you need to work on it. I sometimes try to write my own stories in microsoft word or google docs (depending on if Im on my laptop or phone) and I found that even though most of my stories are bad blocks of text, I have improved greatly from my first attempt. What Im trying to say is that you should practice and look at some popular fics to see how they write. Also take note that often times its best for beginning writers to release stories that are one-shots focusing on main characters from the show. OC's (especially as main characters in a fic) should be handled by more experienced authors or they might turn out with a number of problems. Just wanna try to give you some advice, hope it helps.

honestly I write these for enjoyment and because over the many years of me reading Fanfics I've picked up some things and had some great ideas. to be completely honest I actually didn't plan on Nightfury's character having his own story. I instead planned on him being my ponysona but got this idea for a Batmanesqe pony superhero and Fret Shredder just happened to be in the process of being made so I ran with the idea. I do have to agree that my writing does tend to be clunky but I've also learned that over time I tend to get better at fixing it. just read Nightfury from chapter 2 on and you'll see what I mean...but don't read Knights of Equestria...that was a passion project that I got stuck writing in a REALLY bad writing style and now I'm too far in to fix it....most likely gonna rewrite the whole thing once I'm done 
Anyways thank you SO much for the positive feed back! I rarely get any from people as knowledgeable at writing as you and what feed back I DO get is people gripping on me that I suck at this. please keep reading cause I promise you Nightfury IS a good story despite my imperfect writing skills

6455825 Nightfury as a Character is a fusion of Batman and Spiderman or at least that's what I was aiming for. When one of my friends asked me to describe Nightfury in one sentence I told him "He's Batman if Peter Parker was Batman instead of Bruce Wayne"
