Ch 6: 1 Year Later (FINAL)

1 YEAR LATER

Rarity walked through Ponyville Shopping Mall, her coltfriend Fancypants on her left, and Spike the dragon on the right, and Twilight, who insisted joining to get new materials like paper, scrolls and ink, quills. "Why does he have to come?" Spike muttered under his breath as he rolled his eyes. Spike has hated Fancypants the moment he knew the Canterlot stallion was with Rarity. Unfortnately for him, Twilight's alicorn ears picked up what he had said, and whispered quitely, "I'll speak to you later..."

Rarity and Fancypants was picking out new fabric for Sapphire Shores new dress. "This one is simply lovely." Rarity trailed off. "Not as lovely as you, dear." Her coltfriend followed. "What a flatterer" The white mare blushed. This caused Spike to just curse Fancypants even more, while holding the shopping basket that was filled with quills and paper. "Now let's get ink and scrolls!" Twilight grinned. Most Ponyville residents were used to the friendship princess appearing at public places, though some still appear to get her autograph or take a picture with her.

After shopping, Spike offered to help Rarity carry her bags, to find Fancypants already did that with his magic. Groaning, he returned to twilight's side. "Spike, i'm going back to the castle, you can join Rarity. See you later too Rarity, oh and Fancypants." Twilight before heading another route.

Reaching Carousel Boutique, Rarity lifted her bags and brought everything out, arranging them neatly in a matter of seconds. "Spike, dear, can you go there and sort out those dresses? By size please." The fashionista asked. Spike agreed and started his duty. "Darling, can you be a dear and bring me my saddlebag? I have some sewing needles in there. We must not be late for Sapphires dress." Fancypants levitated the bag over to Rarity who started the dress. Singing "Art of the Dress" "Oh isn't it just wonderful for two great guys to be here hleping me?" She exclaimed. "Yeah," Spike replied, adding "But there should only be just one" under his breath.

Spike went home for dinner, there he saw Twilight already eating.
"Spike, I heard what you said at the shopping mall, and what you did." She started.
"So? It's true. Rarity should have been with me long ago, now i'm totally transparent to her!" He shouted angrily. "Spike, do you want her to be happy?" The princess asked, recieving a nod from Spike. "And do you think she is happy?" Spike hesitated, but still nodded his head. "Then why are you so mad? You want her to be happy and she is, so you should be happy for her." The purple mare explained. "I guess your right, Twilight. She already has Returned her Feelings..." He sighed, before smilling happily, and finishing his bowl of emeralds.
