5293471 not tasty exactly its more like a rage desease, they are relentless but not " inmortal", speed and strength multiplier are on due to overwelming rage, and they cannot reason , they can take havy damage but if you damage the body too much they will die.
Exterminium is a zombie movie, but present the new kind where the zombies are in fact infected and not undead, look it up.
personaly i didn't like too much, but it was a good new perspective on your clasic zombie movie.

Well there's many different viruses and diseases. Yours is close to sickle cell anemia in humans but magically so planning to have a Malaria like disease to counter act the red-disease?
5409077 From my understanding, it's sickle cell that stop malaria, not the other way around. But to be honest, I havent quite thought out how to cure it. I have ideas, but nothing concrete yet.
