After the residents of Ponyville and Twis friends accepted her for wearing diapers in public and having a diaper fetish, Twilight couldnn't be more happier. But Twilight finds out her Fillyhood friend and classmate at Celestias school, Flutter Sparkle, a mare who has incontinence, moves into Ponyville, and even better, moves in with Twilight. But Twi then learns that the reason Flutter is living in Ponyville is to study the magic of friendship.

A couple of points though: Filthy Rich acts weird, I would think he would still love his daughter and lash out against Flutter when she casted a spell on her. He also wouldn't warn her like that. Also you shouldn't use the word fetish so often.
I would love to see some sort of prequel to this in which Twilight get's to wear diapers.
