why can't RD still visit her own house? After all she should still have pegasus magic so she can walk on clouds. They should still get her stuff from her home.
I would think they would amputate the remnants of the wings. It's easier that way.
I would think being incontinent is just a minor annoyance to RD compared to the fact that she can't fly. RD's entire life resolved around flying; it's what she enjoyed, what she did for work, what she dreamed about. RD lived in the sky.

An X-ray wouldn't be able to show damage done to muscles and organs. That's what CT scans are used for.
Okay, so are you ready for what I have to say about the first chapter? Because you'll probably hate me for saying this and I'm saying it bluntly; the writing was painful. It was extremely weak, it had many grammatical and spelling errors, and just needs a few good editors and maybe a pre-reader. It was also very rushed. It wasn't too bad, no where near the worst I've read, and I liked the concept. If it undergoes a re-write, then I'd be glad to take a second shot at reading and enjoying it.
