A group of intrepid adventurers traveling the world find themselves stranded in a unknown plane of existence by means of a strange magical device that breaks along the way. Now they must make good with the colorful locals and try to find a way home plus why the foes they faced back home had made the device in the first place.
This is my first attempt at a fan fiction so please bear that in mind when reading. The story is a crossover that contains elements from the Forgotten Realms. I do not own any of the media elements that may be presented in this story, all belonging to Hasbro, Wizards Of The Coast, or any other respective owners.

Okay, the story premise is promising and the plot is fine. However, might I suggest proofreading a touch more carefully. You have some words that, while spelled correctly, are incorrect in the fashion in which they are used.
Also, you could have spent more time differentiating between the nuances of the characters you introduced (especially seeing as how you have so many of them, and that they appear together in most of the scenes)
Meanwhile in Ponyville three colorful meres were returning from a long adventure.
