Prologue: My....Parents?!
It was an normal day Twilight Sparkle and Spike the Dragon. They did chores around the house, hanged out with their friends and did some wacky adventure. That's what everyday seem like to Spike, It usually repeats the process unless Celestia calls for Twilight's assistance of course. Suddenly, Spike stomach started feel queezy, It felt like he was about barf.
"BAAAAARG!!" Spike barfed out an letter from the princess.
"We got an letter! I wonder what the princess want?" Twilight questioned herself.
Spike, recovering from the belch just shrugged and listen on when Twilight reads the letter.
She begin to read the letter out to herself and Spike.
Dear Twilight and Spike
I have some important news for you, especially to Spike. I want the both of you to come by Canterlot immediately. You don't need to bring anything, just yourselves. We'll be waiting
Your Teacher, Princess Celestia
"The princess wants to see us? But why?" Spike asked.
"Something about important news for us, especially you. Spike...we better get going. It could be something about the Elements of Harmony or an new enemy" Twilight said.
Spike nodded as the two of them left the house and headed towards to the train station for their trip to Canterlot.
The train ride only took them 30 minutes, Spike and Twilight spent those 30 minutes talking about what is going on in the Canterlot Castle.
As they stepped into Canterlot, they begin to looked around and then looked at each other.
"Let's do this" Twilight said.
"Right" Spike nodded as they both head towards the castle. They got near the guards and they let Spike and Twilight in, knowing that Celestia had sent them. When they got in, they saw Celestia and DISCORD!?!?
"Princess! What's the emergency?! Is it about the elements of harmony? And why is Discord here?" Asked Twilight.
Discord sighed and rolled his eyes. She had alot of questions to ask didn't she, so he snapped his talons to make Twilight's mouth shut.
"DISCORD!" Celestia hissed.
"Fine" He groaned and snapped his talons once again and Twilight's mouth was back. She shot an glare at the spirit of chaos.
"Umm...Princess? Just why are we here? And what's going on?" Asked an confused spike.
Discord and Celestia looked at each other and gave an nod. Celestia stepped up and looked at them with serious eyes.
"Spike.....have you ever wondered who your parents are or were?" asked Celestia.
This was an shocking topic to the baby dragon and the lavender mare. Twilight turned to Spike who was looking down in sadness.
"Spike..." She said softly.
"Almost everyday....I've always figured that they were just an couple of dragons who had me but lost me during some storm I guess." He answered.
"Princess! Are we here because you found his parents?" Twilight asked as her and Spike's face brighten with hope.
Discord took an deep breath and spoke. "Even better...."
Spike looked at them both with total confusion.
"Spike....Discord and I, are your real parents" Celestia said truthfully.
This shocked Spike and Twilight to the core, Spike's parents were the Princess of Harmony and the Spirit of Chaos?! What? But? HOW?!
"But Princess....You said that you found him among the mountains all abandon as an egg!" Twilight shouted.
"That....was an lie my dear....You see.....Me and Celestia made that egg....through.....you know" Discord blushed.
Twilight and Spike blushed too, even though they were still shocked about this revelation.
"But...how? I don't understand...yo-you guys have to be ly-"He was cut off by the look on Celestia's face. It was sadden and she had tears coming down her white face.
Discord sighed and walked up to Spike. He placed his lion's paw on Spike's head, the baby dragon flinched a bit but relaxed when Discord was looking at him softly and sadly.
"Look! Spike.....It's the truth....me and Celestia used to be together back then..." Discord said sadly.
"Back then? Wait! Spike is a dragon! Princess Celestia, you're an alicorn and Discord, you're an draconequus. How is it possible for you two have babies?! Let alone an baby dragon?" Asked Twilight, demanding an explanation.
"You see my faithful student, Discord wasn't....Discord back then. He was an handsome colbot blue dragon named, Luster." She explained.
"HEY! Excuuuuuuuuse Me! Princess But I am still handsome, hmph! Someponies just don't know beauty of chaos!" Discord hissed while he turned his back with an huff.
She just rolled her and kept explaining to Twilight about Discord.
"Back then, I never liked dragons. They were savage, brutal and just monsters to my sister and I. But then I met Luster, He was so great and independent. I was in love with him back then. We got together and well...one thing let to another....we were manage to produce...an egg. Six to be exact, it was an strange sight.....Clover and Starswirl told me and Dis-I mean Luster that it's possible for dragons and ponies to breed. You see...you either get an pony or an dragon....but on rare occasions you would get an dragon-pony hybrid. That would be an Kirin, they are very rare and I never seen one in my life. Starswirl said they use to be millions of them, but they are extinct due to the dragons and griffons. I was only just an little mare back then. " She explained.
"Whoa......an Kirin....I wonder what they look like" Twilight wondered.
"Me too" Discord and Spike said in unison.
Twilight then remembered something, Luster is Discord, so what happened. How did her teacher's love of her life became an being of Chaos?
"Princess Celestia...?" asked Twilight.
"Yes?"
"All this information is....well....overwhelming. You and Discord being Spike's birth parents, dragons and ponies having the ability to breed and Discord actually being good in the past. What happened? How did he became....well...an spirit of chaos?" asked Twilight.
"Oh!...I forgot to answer that....very well....Spike....Twilight.....you might want to sit down for an while. This is going to be an long story. I will tell you everything and how we are Spike's parents" She said seriously.
"And I'll tell some details along the way" Discord added. "So pay close attention, we are only going to tell you this story once"
They both nodded and decide to open their eyes for the most overwhelming news they'll ever hear in their life.

It's an interesting idea. You need to proofread for grammar, and I feel your work would improve if you spent more time describing the situation, like facial expressions in response, and especially, if they are going to be doing "wacky adventures", say what they were doing, at the very least.
