When I saw that letter to Mount Aris, I knew I just had to deliver it immediately! It wasn't an emergency letter or anything, I'd just been wanting to go there ever since its restoration.

First-person narrative from Gabby's POV. Contains light shipping.

Spike and the rest of the Student Six visit Mt. Aris, where Silverstream can't wait to show off her culture. Her brother, Terramar, offers to take them out for a swim, but he hasn't had much experience transforming dragons. Hijinks ensue.

Written for PonyFest's Iron Author Contest. The whole story was conceived, written, and edited in the span of two hours. For the sake of fun I've decided not to go back and edit anything further. You're seeing exactly what those who judged it saw.

Gallus and Silverstream are finally a serious couple. This, of course, gives Silverstream the idea of having the them visit her parents in Seaquestria. Gallus isn’t sure what he dreads more: meeting the hippogriff’s parents or the water.

Although Silverstream was found safe and sound, Terramar is still far from relieved about how things turned out and how they got to where they were. As the two siblings head back to Mount Aris it isn't long before Terramar reveals just how worried he was about Silverstream and how worried everyone else was too.

This causes Silverstream to reflect back to a time when she was worried about Terramar as a child. A time when fear was something she knew all too well, back when she lived in Seaquestria.

As Silverstream reflects on this she'll come to realize something truly important about her little brother. And Terramar may found out that his sister's motivations are deeper than they initially seem.

For the past few weeks, Terramar has been going to a dance club in Ponyville just to lay eyes upon and hear the voice of a very chatty and friendly kirin mare. Her name is Autumn Blaze, and she's all the young hippogriff can think about. He wants to ask her out, but he's not even just friends with her yet. Well that changes today. He's going to find his courage and break the ice... somehow.
