When Rarity asks Applejack for a favor, she gets upset when Rarity takes her hat. When Applejack goes by Raritys shop to retrieve it, she is left with a huge surprise.

Sweetie Belle is all grown up.

It feels like a lifetime has been spent as both child and teenager, though her family insists it passed by in an instant. She is a true adult in the eyes of herself and the law. So, of course, it's high time she starts to enjoy grown-up things.

Including the Gala! An invitation with her name on it is the perfect beginning of this new life that lies before her, and how much fun will it be to enjoy. A night of celebrity. Of excitement! Of romance! Oh, how could she resist?

Though she doesn't have a date, and every invitation offers a plus-one.
And she'll be the only one of her friends without. Hmm.

Obviously, this takes place before they got their cutie marks. This story was conceived and written by me in about two hours; 1-3 AM

When Rarity gets captured by the diamond dogs, the girls and Spike go to save her. Spike starts daydreaming about saving rarity and kissing her at the end, but he doesn't notice he's pointing his lips to Applejack.
AJ looks at Spike, thinking he's asking a kiss from her. Nopony but Twilight saw what happened. Nopony saw AJ kissing Spike. They agree never to talk about it again but Spike finds it hard to keep his mind of Applejack. Is he in love with her?

Boy, did she know how to pick 'em ....

Apple Bloom has to deal with alot, as she not only has to come out to her family, but also has to win over the prettiest mare in Ponyville, someone who she has grown up with and loves and respects like family. But will her brother and sister support her pursuing the much older and much classier Rarity? What will Sweetie's reaction be? Is Rarity even interested in mares? How much would they need to change for each other for things to work?

A crack paring written out of boredom and involving a random pony pair. The pony ended up being Apple Bloom, aged up to adulthood of course, paired with none other than Rarity.

This is the one hour speedfic that I did in Trotcon 2014 with the prompt of Sweetie Belle versus Fabric. Hopefully others can find enjoyment in it as I did while writing it.

Sweetie Belle is bored. So bored that she can't think at all of what to do! Going down the list of everything they have done while crusading for cutie marks, Sweetie absentmindedly realizes that she has no idea what kind of tree Twilight lives in! What better way to crusade for cutie marks than identifying different trees around Ponyville?

Nothing could go wrong, right?
