This story is a sequel to In Their Town

Starlight Glimmer has been taken under the wing of Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Now, with parchment in front of her, she tries to empty the broken heart she has carried for two decades, and writes to the only friend she had growing up.

(Written on a whim in the waning hours of Finale Fever.)

Hoping to stop her first Friendship lesson, Starlight Glimmer decides to break the law in order to delay her reunion with Sunburst.

For all his life, Gallus had been alone, an outcast ignored by his people, and left to fend for himself out in the cold Griffonstone streets. Even now, after gaining a group of friends he knew he could trust to Tartarus and back, Gallus still longed for the one thing he had never had.

Somewhere he could finally belong.

Somewhere he could finally call... home.

Ocellus has been having some conflicting thoughts on her place at the School of Friendship. She loves her time there, and the friends she's made, but she can't help but wonder if there's anything more to it than just friendship. So she does the sensible thing and asks her guidance councilor.

Ponyville—all of Equestria but mostly Ponyville—loves their random bouts of theatrics and choreographed dance routines. But is it at all possible for us to not do it during business hours? It's not really asking for a lot, is it?

Starlight's a big fan of it, don't get her wrong. But there are a few complaints...

How about not on Tuesdays? That seems reasonable, right?

Starlight Glimmer has immensely enjoyed her time with Sunset Shimmer and the Canterlot High group. However, as she has a last conversation with Sunset, an important question comes to her mind to ask Twilight. The answer may not be quite what she expected.

When Starlight Glimmer decided to play with time, she created worlds that never should have been. Now she goes to a young Twilight Sparkle, to give her the tools to end the war with Sombra.

She can only hope the Twilight in this world can forgive her for it.
