But what if things had happened differently? What if, instead of Smoulder finding Ocellus, Sandbar completed his test first? Find out inside!

Now that some of her best friends and fellow classmates are part of the School of Friendship, Diamond Tiara just has to see it for herself. But Headmare Twilight won't let her enroll, so that leaves only one option.

While sneaking around to learn more about the school, the filly unintentionally gets spotted by Gallus and Smolder, two of the students who attend.

Hoping to make new friends (and keep them from exposing her), Tiara strikes up a conversation and before long the subjects spoken between the three will take interesting and unexpected turns. But will it be enough to keep Gallus and Smolder from telling Twilight?

It's a weird morning for Smolder. There's a griffon in her bed, except it's not her bed, and she's fogged in while just in a room, not the building itself. Fortunately, there's a griffon in the bed, and four claws are better than two.

Smolder and Gallus have always had a contentious relationship, which included arguing, insults, and property damage. It has gotten to the point that Headmare Starlight Glimmer to rectify this issue with a very unorthodox method: by cuffing the two students together for a week. Will Smolder and Gallus be able to survive the week in one piece? Or will the school be able to survive Gallus and Smolder?

After another long day studying friendship, the Young Six decide to have a chat about exchanging appendages and abilities. Smolder was adamant about keeping hers and not changing anything about being a dragon. Spike, hearing their conversation, decides to show Smolder what it's like to have something over than claws.

Hints of Twilight and Sunset at the end, but I added the tags just in case.

Ever since the defeat of Cozy Glow, it was no surprise that the group of students known as the 'Young Six' would remain close friends outside of classes. However, it seemed that Gallus and Smolder were eager to enjoy one another's company away from the others. After numerous instances of the gryphon and dragon slipping away without much explanation, the other four students of their group were determined to learn the truth of their secretive outings. Were Gallus and Smolder secretly a couple? Or was there more to their private meetings that their friends weren't aware of?

To get to the bottom of things, Ocellus was quick to hatch a foolproof plan with their friends. Unfortunately, even with the surveillance in check, none of the group were prepared for truth about the taboo indulgences the two shared with one another...

A comet is passing over Equestria and every creature is captivated by the beauty. Along with the rest of her class, Smolder has to write an about the celestial object. However, the dragon seems far more interested in a talent that her earth pony friend has, as well as the pony themselves.

A simple homework assignment can make a creature think about a lot. From the shifting cultural landscape of her home, to the way her head works. For Ocellus, reconciling identity means a lot of uncomfortable questions. In order for her to really grow into herself, she'll need more than just writing a paper and a few trips to the guidance counselor's office.
