This story is a sequel to Story of Diane Pie

This is basically a re-imagining of the character, Pinkamena Diane Pie, and a story of making her own identity in the land of Equestria.

How did he get there? As the dismal reality of his arrival is revealed, hope fills the heart of those whom had suffered.
What's the best way of dealing with it? Soon, he will learn that his deepest fears are the key to his happiness and that of the whole world.

One year, during Ms. Jubilee's Hearth's Warming Eve party, a young apprentice, by the name of "Flim Skim," is introduced to a young maiden named "Applejack" and it's love at first sight. About a year later, they are engaged to be married and no one is more excited than Flim's little sister, Elaina, and his future sister-in-law, Apple Bloom.

However, through the years, Flim's work takes his priority over Elaina, his fiancée and future sister-in-law. What he doesn't realize that he's losing the three most important mares in his life... one romantically and two fatally.

This story is a sequel to Grand Heist vs The Mysterious Mare Do Well

Dodge Junction. It is called by many as the 'source of all of Equestria's trains'; all trains either originate from there or go through it, and it is also where trains and railtracks are built.

However, various shipments of matierals, products and prototypes belonging to Iron Will Industries, Equestria's biggest developer of magic technology, have mysteriously vanished, and two of the company's employees have hired the Royal Guard to investigate

....and Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle and Applejack are going to help.

After failing the rodeo, Applejack goes to work with Cherry Jubilee for a while. However, something just doesn't work with her... Family, friends, the town itself, she can't get them out of her head. And she can't focus as long as their there. So after an offhanded remark from her, Cherry offers an interesting solution...Dodge Junction's local therapist, Doctor Tera Ipnosi.

Just a little plot bunny that wouldn't go away, weird way to practice OC writing I know, but I'm glad I got this one out.
